Who We Are

Fox Fuel is a family-owned commercial fuel distributor operating continuously since 1981. Malcolm Fox founded the company to serve industrial and commercial accounts requiring bulk diesel, heating oil, and on-site fueling infrastructure in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Jonathan Fox, second-generation owner, operates the business with the same commitment to scheduled delivery reliability, direct dispatch accountability, and customer retention that built the company over four decades.

Fox Fuel is not a broker. We own our trucks, employ our drivers, and dispatch our own deliveries. When you call, you reach our office. When we commit to a delivery window, our equipment and personnel execute it.

What We Do

Fox Fuel provides six core services for commercial and industrial accounts:

• Bulk Diesel Delivery: Scheduled and emergency diesel delivery to customer-owned or rental storage tanks. Volume-based pricing for high-consumption accounts.
• Fleet Fueling Programs: Bulk delivery to monitored fleet yard tanks. Telemetry-based reorder eliminates manual inventory tracking.
• Jobsite Fueling: Temporary tank deployment and metered dispensing for construction and industrial jobsites. Job-costing documentation provided.
• Generator Fueling: Scheduled and emergency backup generator fueling with NFPA 110 compliance documentation. Priority response during power outages.
• Commercial Heating Oil: Scheduled and automatic heating oil delivery for commercial and industrial facilities.
• On-Site Tank Programs: Turnkey tank installation, monitoring, and fuel management programs. Rental and purchase options available based on volume commitment.

How We Operate

Fox Fuel operates with three operational standards:

• Scheduled Delivery Execution. Delivery windows are set. Trucks are dispatched. Service is performed or you are notified in advance if conditions require rescheduling.
• Direct Accountability. You call our office. You speak with our dispatch. No outsourced call centers. No ticket queues.
• Company-Owned Fleet. Our trucks. Our drivers. Our dispatch. We do not broker your delivery to third-party carriers.

Regional Accountability

Fox Fuel operates from Pennsylvania. Our trucks, drivers, and dispatch team are based in the region we serve. We do not operate as a national aggregator or a lead-generation service routing jobs to third parties.

If we cannot serve your location or volume requirement, we will tell you directly. If we commit to a program, we execute it with our own resources.
